Welcome to SylviaDelao.com. By using our website, you agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions included in this Terms of Use Agreement consensus. Please read these terms thoroughly. By using this site, you also represent that you are at least 18 years old or you are at least the minimum legal age to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction in which you are using sylviadelao.com in. Also, when you use any present or future version of sylviadelao.com, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as well.

Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label. Returns postmarked after 15 days will be returned to customer. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment you made to purchase. International orders are final and cannot be returned. Please note we do not offer exchanges. Product could be returned for a refund to the original form of payment and you can then place a new order. Please contact customercare@sylviadelao.com to initiate return and receive a pre-paid return label. Please include your name, order number and reason for return.

Returned product must be unworn, with all tags still attached. For our swim pieces the hygienic sticker MUST be attached to swimsuit bottom due to hygienic reasons. If sticker is not intact, we cannot accept the return. We strongly encourage that our customers try on swim pieces with an undergarment for the sole purpose of hygiene.

Upon receipt of returned goods, sylviadelao.com reserves the right to deny refund if the product does not meet our policy requirements.

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Once the items leave our facilities, they are out of our hands. Please contact USPS for any further questions about your package.
