 What is the cost to ship my order?

We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated.

USPS is our only International shipping option. 

I haven't received my tracking number, what should I do?

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please kindly be patient, as tracking information could take a couple days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS.

Will I have to pay for any duties on my international order?

This depends on your country. We are not responsible for taxes and duties owed.

My item is lost in the mail, what should I do?

We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact USPS directly. You are also responsible for your order if you enter an incorrect shipping address.

When will my order arrive?

Kindly note your order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Please keep this in mind this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.

  • Typical delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.

  • Typical delivery time for international orders is 6-10 business days via USPS.

We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or incorrect addresses.

RETURNS

You have 15 days from the delivery date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your return label. Returns postmarked after 15 days will be returned to customer. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment you made to purchase.

Returned product must be unworn, with all tags still attached. For our swim pieces the hygienic sticker MUST be attached to swimsuit bottom due to hygienic reasons. If sticker is not intact, we cannot accept the return. We strongly encourage that our customers try on swim pieces with an undergarment for the sole purpose of hygiene.

Upon receipt of returned goods, sylviadelao.com reserves the right to deny refund if the product does not meet our policy requirements.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please contact us at customercare@sylviadelao.com to initiate and receive a pre-paid return label. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. We do not accept international returns. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. An order can be exchanged by returning for a refund and then submitting a new order, this excludes international orders.
